• 10 bedrooms, 8 of which are suites. Beautiful pool area w/bar and hot tub. 45-seat theater with streaming services and DVD. Additional outdoor hot tub. Newly finished basement with foosball, air hockey, and basketball arcade game. This property is perfect for small, intimate family gatherings. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or WEDDINGS. While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need. The house is located in downtown Morrisville (also known as Morristown). The area is quiet and fairly rural. There are plenty of places to eat and most of the town is within walking distance from the house. It is located right next to Copley Country Club, 9 miles to Stowe, 4.5 miles to Lake Elmore, within 30 minutes of Stowe Mountain, 40 minutes of Smugglers' Notch Resort, and 50 minutes of Jay Peak Resort. ***We do have quiet hours and there is a town ordinance that excessive noise will stop at 10:30 pm. We definitely want our guests to enjoy the property, but we ask that guests adhere to the quiet hour rules and are respectful to all neighbors in the area.*** You'll have access to the entire property, the pool, hottubs, movie theater, game room etc **We welcome large groups to our home and kindly ask that you inquire prior to booking if you are expecting groups of more than 16 people. Thanks!** This house is remarkable! What started off as a beautiful farmhouse has turned into a luxurious home filled with a ton of amenities. The house boasts 10 bedrooms, 7 of which have private bathrooms. There's an indoor pool large enough for plenty of people. The pool space also has a bar, an indoor hot tub, a heated pool (during the winter months), and twinkling lights in the ceiling, making it look like the night sky! There's a second hot tub, outside. The house has two kitchens and a very large common space, complete with a wood stove that has a space for cooking pizza and bread above it. Above the common space, on the second floor, is a 45-seat theater that is connected to streaming services and a DVD player. The surrounding property is gorgeously landscaped and includes a fire pit and enough parking for at least 30 cars. The house is located in Morrisville, VT, which is a small town in northern VT. There are lots of places to eat and several breweries, including Lost Nation and Rock Art. The house is fairly close to three great mountain resorts, Stowe, Smuggs, and Jay Peak, which provide great recreational opportunities year-round, including skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and more. We are also within 4.5 miles of Lake Elmore, where you'll find a beautiful sandy beach and a great hiking trail. Other hiking includes Stowe Pinnacle, Sterling Mountain, Bingham Falls, Mansfield, Camels Hump, and more! Words don't do this house justice. Come see for yourself! **We are not especially pet friendly, so please be sure to include ANY pets in your inquiry, as we reserve the right to not accept the booking if pets are included; pricing will change to include an additional pet fee if a small pet is permitted. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets both inside and outside. We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.** ** We do not provide towels for the pool and hot tubs. However, we request that guests use the system as is and refrain from moving cords around. The system has been checked prior to your arrival and everything will be working correctly.
